Prague, March 28, 2018

Bibi Pelić, founder of Music & Leadership delivered a presentation on Optimisation of Work Processes for members of the American Chamber of Commerce in Prague.

Using a recent client experience as a case study, Bibi explained the importance of optimising work processes and how to optimise individual and team performance. As Bibi pointed out, optimisation of work processes is a key element of an organsiations functioning. However it is not a means to an end. Explaining how Music & Leadership views optimization, utilising the musician's mindset in 'seeing things others do not see', Bibi presented a success story, how creative and innovative thinking can transform individuals and teams.

A heartful thanks to Jitka Tůmova from AmCham for organising the event and to all who came!
